Morning both, we are quiet this morning! Is everyone out enjoying the spring weather? :D Actually I think I do feel a little better, my fever seems to have 'broken' so the chills and pains have gone, just the cough and cold type symptoms to deal with now althugh they have sudsided a bit as well

This is just the sort of weather I love, I've hated being stuck indoors..........we are very low on fresh stuff like fruit and bread, I'm wondering if I dare brave the local Co Op later? Or would I stil be infectios - I'd hate to pass this on to anyone :? Mick is in London today for a meeting.......I'll think about it and see how I feel later. Need to have a much-needed ( ) shower first, get dressed and change the bed. If I'm exhausted after that I shan't bother :?

Hope everyone is well today- have a good one everyone xxxx :)

Good morning, all.

It's a lovely sunny morning here - too nice to stay in.

We'll have to get out somewhere for a good walk.

See you later, alligator.

Morning everyone

We actually have sunshine this morning - a lot of rain yesterday and more on it's way.

Glad you're feeling a bit better Kaz, take it easy though.

Have a good day everyone x

Morning all :)
I nearly got to post twice but the pc was doing an update then had to reboot, so I gave up and went for my shower.
The good news is we have blue sky and real sun :D Am trying not to think about how lovely it would be down at the sea wall this morning...
Glad you're feeling a bit more in the land of the living Kaz, suspect you'll need a rest after a little bout of activity though, don't push it will you.
Ally hope Dr Diaz's bricks are starting to work :)

We were back at the vets yesterday and have made the appointment for Minnie to go in for x-rays etc tomorrow. Apart from the concerns with her breathing and stomach, the vet's really pleased with her improvement with the blood counts and we've now reduced the steroids to half a tablet every other day. Today is her first day without any for nearly 5 weeks! Let's hope the appetite slows down as she can't eat after 9 tonight.
Hope everyone enjoys the day
Di

Thanks both :) I will take care not to overdo it xxx

Di that is excellent news about Minnie's blood results and the reduced steroids - I guess you must really be missing the long walks with her down by the sea, especially on beautiful days like today (((((((x)))))))

Beautiful Spring morning here, I felt drawn out of my bed and down the pier for a walk at 8.30am, it was gorgeous. We were emailed the final plans for our planning application so have spent the last hour or so poring over them and trying to understand them - we will probably have a meeting with the architects before they submit the application.

Nothing major on today, need to do some h/w and must get the washing out now - forgot it while we were looking at the plans! Kaz, do be careful, it wouldn't take much for you to have a setback. Glad to hear the bricks are doing the job, Ally  Nice to know that Minnie is improving all the time, Di, and hopefully it won't be too long before you can be down at the sea wall again. Have a good day everyone :)

Ally I'm glad that Dishy Doc Diaz's Magic Bricks are doing the trick :D 8-)

Osc the planning stuff sounds really exciting!! :D I will take care, stripping the bed and remaking it, then whisking round with my Dyson downstairs has tired me out a fair bit..........maybe the shop will wait until tomorrow ;)
