Great service from Debenhams

I was out with my sister the other day and pottering around Debenhams, I saw this dress - I like Mantaray, they do good teeshirts. They only had a 14 which I tried on but it was too big. The assistant suggested looking it up at their self order service to see if they had a 12. I assumed it would need to be collected at the branch, and it was not one I would normally go to. Oh no, I could have it sent to any branch, or better still, sent to my home at no extra cost! Plus if it was not right, I could bring it back to any branch. So I selected home delivery, and it arrived this morning - fits perfectly and I love it, it is 100% cotton and has a lovely lineny feel. I am so impressed with the Debenhams service!
