A quick run for me shortly, back for a swim and coffee then get ready to go to Torremolinos. I need to go to Dealz for salad cream and Worcester sauce!

I'll then go to mum and dad's where I'm meeting Conor and we're all going out for lunch.

Work 6 - 9 then I'm meeting David in la Plaza for a couple of beers and some yomping chat.

I'll take Billy out in a few minutes, then it'll be back to do half an hour on the cross trainer before doing some housework. I want to make a banana loaf too. Meal planning and a shopping list need to be done as well, we're food shopping tonight as John's out tomorrow night.

Jo, same here, bright but chilly - at least no wind; that was horrid yesterday
Ally, enjoy your day - sounds quite perfect. A bit of shopping, a bit of family time, a bit of work (well maybe that part not so perfect, but I know you enjoy it) and a bit of friend time... good balance

9.30 vet appointment for me with Harry today; taking him to a new vet so will be interesting to see what they say. Poor boy suffers with polyps in his ears and they've grown back quite quickly and loads. My old vet - whilst good - doesn't have the surgical facilities to do an endoscopy that Harry will most likely need at some point this year so I figured I may as well move him over now, esp as I think the polyps are part of the reason he may need said endoscopy.

Other than that, a bit of grocery shopping to be done, more work in the garden and having a friend pop over after work. Oh and hopefully get a nail appointment - the washing of the greenhouse did a bit of damage

Morning all

Not feeling too good this morning, I'm rather dizzy and every time I turned over in bed, the room span! Tried to ring the GP but by the time I got through all today's appointments were taken I suspect the BPV type of vertigo I had years ago I'll try again in the morning, and if the same happens I'll go to the walk-in centre in town. In other news ( ) it's a stunningly sunny morning, so I think I'll do some more washing and maybe a spot of ironing. Can't see zumba being an option later!

Ria, we need to take Pepper to the vets today, her back end is sore and a bit swollen

Good Morning all,

Got to get a move on as i managed to get Don an appointment at the Stroke Clinic to see the main man who will assess him and decide if he needs a MRI scan. If so they will do it there
and then. I was quite impressed with the person i spoke to yesterday. He was friendly, funny and very helpful.

Morning all, dull and dreary here and none too warm. Michael was here for a sleepover but Mr Osc has brought him to the childminder now. Miss Osc is bringing the children to the zoo later so I hope it brightens up a bit. Nothing planned here except the supermarket shop and maybe some ironing. That dizziness is awful, Kaz, take it easy. Lissie, that Stroke Centre sounds good, I would much prefer to deal with friendly helpful people, good luck today.

Morning all
A beautiful day, especially if you ignore the temperature!

We had a lovely afternoon/evening with the boys yesterday
Eldest's graduation is in July and we have been invited It's quite early so we may have to have a little treat of an overnight stay somewhere.
He's barely going to have a rest after he finishes next month, he's already signed up to work (at the uni, teaching) for the whole summer.
After that, he's not yet sure what he's going to do, he had thought of doing a Phd but has gone off that idea.

My car has gone off to the body shop to be fixed so I have a courtesy car, a cute little Citroen
No idea how long mine will be, the chap said they're crazy busy.

Good luck at the stroke clinic Lissie, I guess they're the best people to assess it.
Hope you feel better Kaz, dizzy is horrid.
And good luck for Harry cat too x

Hazy, bit windy but warm today.

I've cleaned inside the kitchen cupboards and also the fridges - ready for inspection Ria and Grumpy has been block laying. Jis new disc cutter just broke, so we're taking it back later.

We're off out for dinner tonight
