Yes you can freeze it, in smaller blocks if you like, or even better grated then you can use it straight from the bag

I'm happy to eat the cheese here, I love goats and sheeps cheese and the cheese from the Alentejo, where you use a spoon to scoop out the inside Not too keen on the processed stuff we get, but I'll keep an eye out for more cheese next week and buy a load more
