Afternoon all :D Well any Monday Blues I might have had have been well and truly blown away by a brisk walk into town and back with Mick, to the PO firstly to post a parcel and then into a new coffee shop they have here. It is a Coffee#1 which is a chain I'd never heard of but they have done it out beautifully, and they have an upstairs with comfy sofas, bookshelves full of books to read, and nice music 8-) We spent a nice hour chatting and eating, then mooched in Waterstones where I sat reading Caitlin Moran's book How to be a Woman which is very funny. I nearly bought it, but decided to try to order it for my Kindle instead 8-)

Then a brisk walk home which was very bracing as it started with icy drizzle.......now having a much-needed hot cuppa and a catch-up on here 8-)

Osc Michael's hair does sound adorable - I used to like making soapy horns and stuff on my babies with shampoo bubbles, in the bath :D

It's a terrific book Kaz, she's one of the reasons I like getting the Times on a Saturday :)
(I won't tell you I found my copy in a charity shop ;) )

I think she also does a column or a regular feature in the Times 2 during the week, I've read that many a time :D Nice charity shop bargain Di, but I don't begrudge the £3.67 - money well spent ;)
