Spy In The Wild

Postby AliasAggers » 12 Jan 2017, 21:24

We have just watched the first of a five-part series of a new BBC1 series featuring 30 animatronic
creature cameras, filming the animal world close-up and personal. We have never seen anything like it,
and I can thoroughly recommend it. It is absolutely marvellous, believe me.

I came home from work at 9.15 Aggers and saw the last 45 minutes and thank goodness I did. It was fabulous!

Some quite moving scenes amongst animals that I would never have believed.

Well worth watching.

I've just watched the last in the series (BBC1), which explains more about these wonderful spy cameras.
and how they were made. It was absolutely marvellous, and well worth watching on catch-up TV if you can.

They are also doing a DVD on the series if you are interested.

I've just noticed that BBC1 are repeating two episodes of Spy In the Wild at 4.05pm this afternoon. February 5th.

I have caught them all now and hope for another series.

As an engineering type I loved the show with all the animatronics and how the spycams were made. Some were naff, but others were really lifelike.
