Auntie Rene used to make them when she was doing a bakeathon, but she never used bun trays. The sponge mix was just spooned onto a sheet of greaseproof on a flat tray and she used Seville marmalade as the jelly base. Oh, and Cadbury's milk chocolate to top them off.

Drool.

Oh yum, Jaffa cakes are my absolute 'can't resist' favourites - I rarely buy them as I can easily scoff the lot :?

The homemade ones sounds scrumptious, really looking forward to watching this later 8-)
