Bacon beans and a few chips. Soaked the bacon to try and get rid of some of the salt.
It has not rained but it is forecast for tonight

Not quite decided :D
It's a fast day, might be aubergine parmigiana-ish, might be something courgette based, not sure what though... :D

Joe's chosen tonight as a treat for his GCSE results so we're getting a bucket of KFC when Tom finishes work shortly

Just tried a Nigel Slater recipe of chicken thighs, bacon and apples in cider. It was pretty good.

We have an absolute glut of tomatoes and stuff from the greenhouse at the moment, so I defrosted some steak from the freezer, and did a huge baking dish full of tomatoes, peppers, courgettes, red onion, halved baby potatoes, the steaks, a handful of herbs from my pots and a few glugs of extra virgin :D Delicious!! :D 8-)

Thanks Kaz, think I posted about him in the daily thread?

My Mom's got loads of tomatoes too, I certainly didn't need to buy any this week

We usually let Michael dictate Thursday tea, so today was sausage, chips and beans.
