Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 13 Jul 2016, 04:55

Good morning. :D

Oven temps here but that's normal for July. 8-) 8-)

Back to running again...my waistline looks decidedly blubby after all the excess food and drink the past 2 weeks. :o

Swim when I get home...to cool down as well as exercise!

Plan to chill out (love doing this when I've been away  ) and some good TV on tonight including the blubfest that is Long Lost Family.

Have a great day everyone. :D

Morning Ally and everyone

Going to be quite warm here too ;) blowy again though

Going into Ourique later, food shopping and other bits and bobs.

Lovely to talk to Di last night xx

Had a long chat with our neighbours yesterday (they wanted me to translate something to begin with 8-) ) and then I mentioned their blasted dog - who is a softy, really, they said. Not with me, he ain't. Anyway, I found out why he's as he is - they got him from a shelter when he was 1 and if/when he is naughty, he gets locked in the gas bottle store  :o :o   No wonder one day he just barks and the next he charges at me, eyes rolling :? - but they're also going to sort the bottom fence out, as it's really low now and any of their Portuguese dogs could just step over it and George could, easily, bring it down when he charges it

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Enjoy your run Ally, I've missed Zumba this past week, so will be glad to get back to it next week - in a way :? ;)

Ton I think the less I say about the way your neighbours treat their dog, the better! Hope they get that fence mended, and glad you had a nice chat with Di (((x)))

Well, amazing I know but it's grey and damp here again!! London looks sunny and warm, on the news   I do like the West Country, but I don't like the rain that comes with it   Meeting my friend R in the Quays today (Herefordgunners from the DM days and DD) and her daughter G, for a late brunch/early lunch :) Not seen them since Christmas, so that will be nice :) :) Harry is staying in to watch sport     Typical bloke really  :D

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning all :D

Nice and dry here at the moment.

Some people shouldn't be allowed to have dogs Ton and your neighbours definitely fit that category

We enjoyed the film yesterday, the cinematography was brilliant, Alexander Skarsgard who plays Tarzan wasn't hard to watch either

The spare bedroom and hallway have now been boarded, they just have to wait until the woodworm peeps have been tomorrow before they can start plastering. Think we've got George the electrician today.

I'm off out for coffee with the ladies this morning.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good morning all.

It's dry here at the moment - with about enough blue sky to make a sailor's shirt, as they say.

We're having a restful time today, after yesterday's disappointing outing. Perhaps a potter in the garden?

Hope you are all well and happy.

Good afternoon all!

It's actually quite sunny at the moment. I did some shopping first thing then came home to walk Billy. We walked for around 3 miles and got caught in a heavy shower so I thought that the lawns would have to wait but when we got home they were dry so I've finally managed to get them cut!

Joe's just gone to the gym and Tom's lounging on his bed. I'm trying to upload a couple of Joe's Prom pics but Photobucket doesn't want to help today. I'll keep trying though.

Have a good day!

I've had a lovely time out with R and G :) Have popped a piccie on the photoboard if anyone would like to see :) We did of course go for some retail therapy after a looong linger over brunch. I got a fantastic bargain for myself in M&S, a pair of Limited Edition stretch jeans for £4  :D   I got Harry some teeshirts and some trainer liners (so hard to find them big enough but they go up to a UK 14) in Nike and a pair of cut-off chinos from Cotton Traders for a fiver :D
