What's everyone having tonight?

Every Friday I make Buffalo chicken wings. Joe's world would crumble if I didn't. Something we've been able to have since Tesco started stocking Frank's (not our Frank, he'd be worth millions if it was) Buffalo sauce. Served with celery and blue cheese dressing, just how they have them in upstate New York.

Pan fried see bass for him, spaghetti carbonara for me.

Tuna salad, with fried potatoes, red pepper and onion, also fried, slowly, in local olive oil

Last night my kids were broken, very very broken, sick, tired, and sick & tired. End-of-termitis. They made themselves nests of blankets one on each couch as they had no ability left to co-exist, so I put some crumbed frozen fish in the air oven, got G to bring home hot chips, and I sat in the lounge refereeing to keep the peace.

It now gathers dust on the work top

That looks like the halogen oven that my parents have. They love it.
