Good morning. :D

Hot. 8-) 8-)

A quick run, a swim then planning on doing not a lot for the next few hours. :D

Out to Paco's later for the Spain/Italy game then the England game. We'll get a takeaway campero and chips on the way home.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally and everyone

Lovely morning here - not hot - we get that later. Different climate to the Algarve, cooler at night which is bliss :D :D

Woken by the builders this morning - well, a delivery, the builders are really good until they know we're up   So why is it that we were both awake well before 7, at the week-end????

A gentle pootling day, we worked really hard over the week-end, so might just relax a little today 8-)

And yes, footie later - both should be good games.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning you two.... dull and grey start to the day here, but apparently clearing as the day goes by; but still only 21 expected as the high - this is meant to be summer!!! :(

Usual work day for me and then usual evening in at home which will be nice. The weekend was quite busy (also nice) but having some downtime at home is perfect!

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all :D

Dull and overcast here at the moment, hoping it will brighten as the morning goes on.

More fun with the builders today. We'll be popping out this morning for fruit and veggies.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all, quite a nice day here. Mr Osc has gone to play golf and I will be just pottering around. The second travel insurance cheque arrived this morning, so I will pop that into my post office account, and I have to post a birthday card to my niece. I'll get out for a walk too. Have a good day everyone :)

Morning all,

Started with not Mrs S feeling sick so I took her car to the garage for her. Then I couldn't log into the work systems because of a token key issue and had to call the helpdesk. I got one meeting completed and then the power went off twice in close succession (apparently local thunder too) and I had to switch my computers off to avoid them being corrupted. I waited a half hour before starting them again.

Now I'm just trying to catch up with work. I'm probably going to go to Poitiers and get my bike out of the train station tonight so it's home for me and I can decide on whether I ride to Bordeaux on Thursday or Mrs S takes me.

Other than that, a fairly normal day working from home.

Enjoy...

Afternoon :)
It was horrid early on, wet and dreary, but cleared up mid-morning and it's lovely, mostly sunny and very warm :)

A few ticks done - collected a prescription, and the little Tesco in the village had the few bits I needed. Weeded the front garden, all that rain had created quite a jungle  Even did 2 bits of ironing - can't be overdoing it you know ;) .
And now Wimbledon's on, it's definitely summer :D

Afternoon everyone :)

Glad we all seem fine and happy today *waves to all* :D

Had a busy day so far - weightwatchers this morning so I needed to get some washing out and hoover round before I went. Good news on the scales again, that makes 4lbs lost in 4 weeks :) Didn't stop for zumba today, needed to get a few bits and Emma offered me a lift. We did manage to kill a few hours over coffee, then round the shops first though ;) Zumba tomorrow so I don't feel TOO guilty :P ;) Picked up a travel plug for B as we realised all the ones we have aren't compatible for Canada

B's friend Jas is coming round for dinner, I know I should be making something myself as I've a freezer full of meat and stuff, but I had a soddit moment and bought some bits from M&S instead    Still a bit tired from the travelling and jollities at the weekend, so decided to be kind to myself ;)

Looking forward to a quiet relaxing evening, the girls are going to watch a film on Netflix, probably a horror knowing their tastes in films, so Mick and I will decamp upstairs and either watch the telly in his den/office or laze on the bed and watch the one in our bedroom :D

Love to all xxxxx
