Well at least your sneezes are telling you it's summer on the way
It's my sinuses that bother me

It's dark, blowing a hooley and raining here - hayfever isn't exactly a problem at the moment .... :)

Taking about half a teaspoon of local honey morning and it's really helping - ok, apart from the sneezing

Normally, my eyes are so sore and itchy and I just constantly sneeze

I've had wretched hay fever now for over a week, and I am coughing and nose-blowing
almost continuously. I'm taking the anti-histamine tablets that my previous doctor said
would not react with my anti-coagulation medication but any curing effect is very slow.
But it is getting slowly better. What I'm continually blowing down and coughing up is as
clear as water, so there can't be any infection there. They tell me at the surgery that
there is a lot of hay fever about now, due to the exceptionally high levels of tree pollen.

I hate hayfever. Thankfully I'm only allergic to something at port Arthur in Tasmania in Jan, and something along the banks of the Thames in London in May.

Having watched my brother suffer severely for many years, you have my sympathy.

Weka

I'd love to know what trees they have in Port Arthur but I very strongly suspect that this is the culprit for you in London. May is peak season for it; and it's a tree so so many people react to:
