It's our 26th wedding anniversary today.

We're going shopping this morning as I have a notion to buy a crisp white cotton shirt for work.

Then we're going to mum and dad's who are taking us out for lunch somewhere on the coast.

Back to our town tonight and Don & I are going out for a few beers and decide whether to go for a Chinese or a Thai meal.

Morning all Very chilly here, feels like a step back to winter after the gorgeous warm day yesterday! Going into town today with B and Harry, to get those boots he needs, as we didn't manage it yesterday. I did get my garden stuff done though, my hanging baskets look great, and the new pots for the grasses look much smarter and sturdier

Gorgeous morning and I've been out since 7.00 clearing up the bits of tree root, trees and shrubs after Felipe and his tractor yesterday. Looks like a few more bonfires

Coffee, shower, breakfast then off to Castro Verde market to get some veggie plants and then this afternoon, we'll be sticking them in the ground.

Might get some more plants for the garden too.

Out for dinner tonight

So I come back in from pegging washing out in the garden when lo and behold, waiting for me from my beloved is a pure white rose.

I thank said beloved and tell him he's getting more romantic with every passing year...and then ask him what I'm like as the years have gone by.

You make me laugh more every year was his rapid response!!!!
