Morning Ally, morning all :)
Exciting day for you and for Osc :D

Osc hope you have a lovely, lovely time :)
Anything you think to ask once you're there just shout :)

Gorgeous start to the day here, still cold but bright and sunny :)
Had a busy week.
Tuesday seemed to just disappear, Wednesday Bb's boys came and we went out to Prezzo - on this month's specials is lobster pizza, ooh it was gorgeous! :D

Had a lovely day yesterday, one of my favourite cousins and her husband are staying at Barton for a few days. We went and collected them and did a lovely tour around the Forest - they used to live nearby but ran a shop so never had much free time.
We went to the deer watching place and were really lucky with plenty of deer and a stag with huge antlers - they at their largest as nearly due to shed :)
Had a yummy lunch at the pretty garden centre at Beaulieu, a wander around the quay here, and back to our house for tea and cake :D

They live at Crawley, too far for day trips to visit really, so we don't get to see each other much.
Today I need a rest! :)
Hope you all have a good day
x

Morning all :D

Another bright and sunny day, we've been so lucky this week :D

Yesterday was more fun at the beach, it's been a lovely visit. M is due to collect the boys around 11.30ish and then I'm sure we'll be ready to collapse  Not before we've popped to the shops to stock up after the invasion though.

Safe flight for you mum and dad Ally, it will be lovely for you to spend time with them.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning everyone

A lovely morning 8-)

Safe flights and journeys to all those travelling today xx

We're off to Castro Verde so the bank can arrange the transfer of the deposit for the kitchen. I can't rely on the computer being up to speed and getting halfway through, so it's a quick run out there.

Then back to some gardening or other

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning you lot, morning everyone

Ally, have just the best time with your parents and enjoy every minute x
Di, your neck of the woods is a wonderful place to live; so much to see and do, but as you say - just that bit far from the greater London area for a day trip; it makes for a rather long day. But wow, how exciting to see the stag - that must have been impressive. And as for Lobster pizza, wonder if our Prezzo's here will have the same special - sounds yum! Do take it easy today though and chill and relax and make the most of the weather :)
Jen, enjoy the peace and quiet once you've done the shopping and can put feet up. Lovely though that you have such a fantastic relationship with the boys - they are lucky too. Us living in SA and the grandparents in Germany we never really got to know ours unfortunately.
Ton, makes sense to do the transfer in person if the computer speed isn't reliable enough; you don't want that amount of money potentially ending up in cyberspace somewhere.

Usual work day for me and then home as per normal. Off to Brighton tomorrow to meet up with a friend. The weather forecast seems to be OK which makes a pleasant change; usually it's always grey and miserable when we meet up :)

Have a lovely day all, Osc, safe travels and have fun

xx

Morning everyone :)

Ally yayyyyy!!!! :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Di it sounds as though you've had a lovely week, and deserve a rest today :D 8-)

Ditto Jen!

Morning Ton, I agree with Ria about the money stuff :)

Morning Ria, Brighton sounds nice, something to look forward to! :D

Well another dry day forecast here (always a bonus LOL) and I'm out to the garden centre later with D and Aunt J :) I'm on the lookout for some hanging basket plants, and some heavier pots for my posh grasses. They are on the gravel at the side of the house, but the wind keeps blowing them over   Harry arrives tonight, for the last week of the school holidays! :D :D :D Not seen him since he got back from Scotland, so it will be nice to hear more about it :D

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Exciting H Day for you then Kaz :D

meriad it's listed as a special for the couple of London branches I tried ;)
It was really gorgeous, loads of lobster, with saffron, spinach, roquito peppers...get it booked :D
I'm so glad they do the Tesco clubcard deal :)

It's been lovely Saundra :)
This afternoon we have a guy from round the corner (bit further than Andy's) coming to tidy up the back garden :D
I've been fretting about it, Bb can't see properly close up, plus can't risk anything getting in his eye..
And it turned out to be so cheap it would be silly not to :D
