Saundra, it doesn't matter if you are logged in or not.

Clicking on Aggers', or anyone's, username will offer to log you in.

Once logged in click their username to go to User Control Panel (or top left) where you will see 'PM: Send private message'. Click that and you can make your PM and submit it.
