Saundra, have you had antibiotics for the sinuses? Often if an infection gets too bad then regular medication won't help shift it - and you need to see your GP to prescribe you something stronger. x

I had a nasal spray of the Dr last year can't remember if it helped
Now I use a spray I buy from the chemist
It's just bad at the moment I had no idea about dairy food tho
Des don't tell you anything well ours don't

Afternoon everyone

We have a lovely, hot sunny day - with a bitingly cold wind, when you're in the shade.

And no internet this morning and a little slow even now, but at least it's quicker than before

We've been clearing more of the land this morning - now my back is protesting - but it needs to be done, whilst the ground is still wet.

Got a man coming sometime this week, with a view to making the house name in metal, for the gates.

Oo Saundra, there's a lot of bugs in our house atm, as one ends, another one starts - Jen was first to land a cold/fluey bug on us and it's gone through us all, and now she's started with another sneezy/snotty cold! Tom's threatening to move out till it goes! I hope you feel better soon xx
Ria well done on the quiz, and Jenni too! My Jen and I enjoy pub quizzes, in fact we might head out to one this Wednesday if we are both cold-free!!

Yay first official day of Spring tomorrow! I really love these cold crisp sunny days, of which we won't get after today! Or maybe later in the week...I'm working today of course but there's not much happening....I don't even have a lot of admin to do as is the norm on a Monday as it was all done at the end of last week for the month end....Kindle time this aftie methinks!

Well WW went ok, and I seem to be starting to lose weight again so I might keep going for a while - we'll see. Zumba tomorrow morning Gal, I've changed classes to the one on a Tuesday morning which is easy walking distance from here. It's a bit more energetic than the Monday one Hope your lurgies all clear up soon, we've been remarkably bug-free this winter (touch wood!)

Not heard from Chris, but I'm hoping it went ok. If I don't hear this afternoon I'll ring him this evening - thanks for all the good wishes
