Breezy but forecast sunny.

A walk after my coffee then home to stay in!

I have two GBBO Sport Relief's to catch up on and a great book I want to read.

I'll also be making a carrot cake and carrot and coriander soup - spot the carrot theme!

A neighbour grows all his own veg and has a glut of the orange things so handed in about 8kgs worth to us yesterday - good job I like them!

It's Andalucia Day today but as its fallen on a Sunday they'll take a bridge day which means a holiday tomorrow.

Not sure what we'll be doing today, that wind is very cold so maybe a lazy day inside.

Still sore but easier this morning and Grumpy brought me coffee in bed. Sadly, I have to sit up to drink it and that hurt, so got up anyway

Morning all It looks dry and brightish again here, thankfully the interminable rain seems to be taking a bit of a break at the moment (famous last words, probably ) and it's been nice to be able to get out and about without an umbrella Off to the supermarket in a while, Becky is working a full day, which is 10 'til 5 on a Sunday, then they have a team meeting afterwards so she'll be out until at least 7pm. We have a ton of stuff to watch on the iplayer so looking forward to a cosy afternoon

Afternoon all, it's a pleasant day here. We went for a walk earlier on and bumped into Miss Osc and family who were in the playground, so that was nice. I have stuff I should be doing but probably won't do any of it Going out to a dance comp this evening but I don't think Mr Osc is coming, there is a lot of sport on plus he has a "cold" However lots of our friends will be there so I won't be on my own!
