It's very sad isn't it, a bit relentless at the moment with big names and superstars

The drummer from Mott the Hoople too, same age.
I guess to be fair, maybe for at least some the excesses of their youths caught up with them.
But if they'd been straight-laced, church-going conformists, would we ever have heard of them?

I didn't know the MTH drummer so can't be too distressed about him, but I was/am a massive Eagles fan and the news this morning was a shocker RIP Glenn.

I saw something on FB the other day along those lines. "God here, we are planning a big concert up here, and they were perfect to fill some parts. Hope you don't mind".
