It is confusing - the promissaries are signed, we're waiting to hear from our buyers agent, via Carla, when they're going to sign the final deed for this one.

Cutting it rather fine to get men and vans booked, before Christmas

It's all written into a clause in the promissary Jen. We have until the end of the month to ensure our sale goes through.
