It is early!!! I'm not putting a blessed string up yet though, or blu-tacking it to a door (what we usually do with the cards) as it will look a bit Billy-no-mates until we get a few more :shock:

I've written the few we send, but they won't go for a week or so yet.

In our new house - did I mention that we're moving 8-)

We have to collect the post from the bar, about a mile down the road :lol:

Got one last week!

It was from Lepra, "The Leprosy Mission" ...... charity chugging. It's rather nice, though, so we've put it up. Fully expecting the next one to be from MacMillans .... :roll:

We'll probably start writing cards this week, and posting them out from Friday. We tend to do it in dribs and drabs, a few every day. Our 2015 list is only 32 cards, that's more or less the same as last year - I remember the days when we used to send out 60 or more ....

We get a lot fewer than we used to - I think people have cut back in recent years, I can remember we used to get over a hundred each year when I was a little girl :shock:

We had a huge extended family, then add on mum and dad's friends, then my friends and my sister's friends...........! :shock:
