Nowt, but thanks Shell xx
We know the people who want our house are 100% wanting it, there is a small legal hitch, one son is in London, the other is in the Canaries and trying to get it all translated into Portuguese, as they also have to agree, is a complete nightmare. But that's normal over here. Families are very spread out and they all have to agree
The people we're buying from know we're 100% buying their place, so it's just a question of waiting for the translation to be done.
And Carla having a right go at Tom, for this co-ownership rubbish.
We didn't have to do it when we bought our house here, she's very angry.
And then think of an angry hornet, because she really really wants us "her stone in her shoe" out of the way
But we have a price for van for a couple of days, to move the lighter stuff, 120€, which we're happy with. We can do that over a couple of days, Luis and his brother can do the heavy stuff whenever, as Carla has written in the final deed that we have a month to move out, as they've been peeing us all off
