Good morning Friday

Postby Ally » 30 Oct 2015, 06:00

Good morning. :D

Another really warm day on the way. 8-)

I was star gazing at 6.30am. The sky was incredibly clear and there was a cluster of stars; 2 in particular were huge. I'm sure dad will tell me what they are as I took a photo.

Off into Malaga with Don this morning; a spot of shopping, a stroll along the port and lunch somewhere. :D

Back to the Academy for homework club 4.30 - 6.30 then meeting Don in la plaza for Friday beers and tapas. :D :D

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally, morning all :)
Wet. Rain and more rain...supposed to clear up later, and the weekend looking better.

I'd love that morning Ally, am having Malaga withdrawal symptoms :D
Off to my art class thing again, no idea what we might be doing this time.
We need some shopping but I don't think Bb's going out till a bit later so he might fit that in before he goes.
Hope you all have a good day

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Few clouds around this morning, but it was really hot yesterday, so hoping for the same today. Rain is on it's way for the next 3 days, so making the most of it.

off out for a walk soon, then back to run up and downstairs with the washing

Finishing off those pasties tonight.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Ally, your day sounds terrific :D

Morning all :) Well I had a really bad night's sleep, I kept waking up with pain in my neck/shoulder and terrific pins and needles all over. I've strained my neck somehow, and aggravated the osteo arthritis there  I think I overdid it yesterday, carrying a heavy bag round Cheltenham and then walking the dogs with Harry afterwards   So it's a day taking it easy and using my wheat bag on it  I can live with the pain but the tingling/weakness drives me mad! Hopefully that will help, I'd been doing so well with it since all the physio a couple of years ago! I am a bit cross with myself as I should know better

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

ETA Enjoy the art class Di, it does sound fun :D 8-)

ETA again - Morning Ton, everyone is beating me to the post today

morning you lot

A rather very damp and dull start to the day, but as Di says - meant to clear up later today and stay dry for the weekend. Pity in a way because that means lots of silly fireworks being let off tomorrow evening - if it were wet it would be so much nicer! I've been invited out to friends down the road and to stay the night which I've said yes to, but think I'll change my mind and come back home, then I know my gang are OK. I do like fireworks, they can be very pretty, but I've never figured out why they need to be so darn loud!!!!!

Hope your neck eases soon Kaz - pins and needles are very annoying
Ally, have a fun morning; sounds perfect to me
Di, enjoy the art class and hope you get your shopping done
Ton, hope your good weather holds

Usual work day for me, then popping over to Karl and Nadine after work. Busy Saturday ahead; so it won't be a late one tonight. Besides which I've got yet another little hog in a carrier in the house - that's 6 now in 2 weeks! sigh.... thankfully the rescue are being really good about taking them all in. I'll be dropping this one off with lots of food for the hogs and some nice chocolates for the humans working there as a thank you

Have a lovely day all

Morning all, quite a bit of rain overnight but it has stopped now and no more forecast. I have plenty to do today, handwashing and a hooooge pile of ironing  I have to post off a couple of things I sold on ebay and I want to finish the last few chapters of the book I am reading. So that's my day, have a good day everyone :)

Oh well scratch the taking it easy, we are clean out of milk and another few bits (the locusts have seen to that!) so I need to go to Sainsburys. I think I'll take my trolley, even though it's only a couple of things, as that way there is minimum pull on my neck!
