All this itching ....

Postby TheOstrich » 15 Oct 2015, 21:37

Really sorry to see that quite a few forum members are currently afflicted. The Ostrich hopes that his own current bout of fleas in the feathers (he has been scratching too, of late) haven't accidentally been spread throughout the VV community .... :?

I won't disturb the more learned tone of the threads on the H&W board, but just to say that I've tried various proprietary cures and today I purchased E45 Itch Relief Cream to see if that has any effect. The side of the box states, rather entertainingly:

4. Possible Side Effects
E45 Itch Relief Cream is usually well tolerated, however side effects may occur which can include a burning sensation, redness, itching or pus.

So how do you know if you've got the original itch, or a new itch brought on by the cure?

Precicement, Ossie

Give me and itch and I will scratch it. It is what we do, isn't it?

Do the anti-itch things work? Not the ones I have tried. Bag of frozen peas is the best so far...

E45 is good though, they put side effect warnings on everything these days

Ossie I hope your fevvers feel better soon, but in the meantime I've just set up a large birdbath over there, in the corner by the login desk, so please avail yourself of the facilities :P ;)
