Just heard from the agent of the house we like - the camara (local council) had agreed,when the house was built, that it could go up to 250sqm. As it's only just over 100sqm, which includes the barn, we could, without permission, build a small side extension and put another covered terrace on. Which would double the lounge size and give us plenty of room

That's made my day - ready to face Carla and her team now :lol:
