I hope you soon recover and can go home, Kaz.it is very scarey when you get racing heartbeat and palpitations. Try not to worry. And have a big hug (((((Kaz)))))

Well I'm home now, with a big bandage on the back of my hand where they had to dig for blood (shy veins) and a referral to the GP for a 24h monitor. Gal my BP is fine it nearly always is! The doc called it self-limiting paroxysmal palpitations, and they want to try to catch one with the monitor, but my heart seems otherwise normal and they were happy to let me home. Phew!!

It was scary Cal, thanks for the hugs ((((x)))

You too Saundra (((x)))

Mick and B are cooking tea, then I'm having an early night!

Oh and just to say, I'm not putting any of this on Facebook, mainly as my weightwatcher leader and friends are on there and I don't really want them to know about this. Not the best of starts in a new job, having a health issue :?
