Afternoon all :) Just seen AR off on her train. The nice ticket collector guy let me through the barrier with her, so that I could see her onto the train, help her find her seat etc :) We did have a nice weekend 8-)

Ton if the neighbouring houses are letting so easily (and so lucratively) could you maybe not let yours and rent a place where you want to be? You would probably still be in pocket and it could remain on the market if it was short lets? Just a thought :)

We had so much, I can't remember it all. Mrs A was responsible, and she made a
very good job of it. Most of it came from M & S, and was wonderful. I don't think
there were any scones though. Anyway, our guests were delighted with it all.
