So I'm on the way home earlier and suddenly have the notion for Greek yogurt - so that's exactly what I bought from Mercadona.

I find a 4 pack with yogurt on top of a strawberry compote. :D

I've eaten 3 of them!

I did get some jobs done today (some washing, cleaned the cloakroom) but have been tired.
A fast day so after much convoluted calorie combinations of bread/baked beans/eggs, we had 1 1/2 slices of toast each, with a little brown sauce for flavour (no butter, so many calories, so much better spent on beans!), 3/4 tin of beans between us, and a fried egg on top - each ;)
Very nice it was too :D

Winter quilt yikes no!!! :o  :D :P
I only bought a 'summer' duvet this year, we'd always just switched from general to cover only, but did always have that in-between bit when we might add a light blanket.

We've mostly had just the duvet cover on for a couple of months, but this week has been definitely colder at night so have started off with the summer-weight one on top of the cover.
After I've been in bed for half an hour or so I push it over to his side :D

And you're very naughty, isn't beans on toast carbs + carbs? ;) x

5g protein per 100g, 14g carbs per 100g, but I wasn't intending an argument, it was a very light-hearted telling-off ;)
Saundra I know, it's blinking cold for July here, I'm glad we live so far south and have a warm house! :)
