Just a quick comment re Tapatalk

Postby meriad » 26 Jul 2015, 13:54

Now, I know not everyone has it, uses it or even has any use for it but... just wanted to say that I'm really liking it. I was sitting on the sofa earlier on, to lazy to take the laptop with me as that involves unplugging chargers etc; or grab the tablet from the bedroom so just had my phone... I really like that it shows all recent postings regardless of what board they're on, esp as I am very guilty of not always checking all the boards for new posts and therefore often miss some (I think) fairly important posts, esp those where a fellow VV'er needs some support or a kind word.

Just saying :D xxx

So thanks again to M for making it possible

I love tapatalk and have been using it for a couple of years with another forum. It is so much easier to use with my iPad.

Until VV got it I found I was spending more time on the other forum simply because it was easier to post.

It's brought me back more often too. We only have 1 laptop, and an iPad then my phone. Trying to wrestle the laptop off the geek is like trying to get a pigs ear off a dog. so that left me with the iPad or iPhone. iPad liked to randomly crash only on this site, and I found reading on the iPhone very difficult. People pics took up too much room leaving me scrolling or squinting depending on how much zoom. Tapatalk has made reading and commenting so much easier. I haven't tried a pic yet, that's tonight's job. I've promised Ria one.

Thank you very much
