Good morning. :D

Forecast for hotter today. That'll be double oven temps then.

We're off to Torremolinos for a walk along the coast and then brunch somewhere. :D

Have a good day everyone. :D

Morning all. Overcast but warm here.

Head office for me all day today. Boo.

Run tonight - just hoping I've stopped aching from last nights yoga!

Morning Ally and Debih

A rather grey and not so nice day in London today. I really wouldn't mind if we had the rain to go with it as the garden is desperate, but this grey windy no rain weather is just bleh! Achieves absolutely nothing ;)

Tube strike in London as of tonight - thankfully it doesn't affect me at all but there are just so many people who won't be able to get to work and therefore have money docked from their salary because of it. I'm not even sure what the strike is about this time round; but I really think there must be other options than striking?      I was meant to meet up with a friend I haven't seen in ages tomorrow but I'm going to have to cancel that unfortunately.

Usual work day for me

have a lovely day all - Ally enjoy the walk and Debih enjoy the run

xx

They are striking because of the introduction of an all night service from September (I just heard it on the radio).

Morning everyone

Hot 8-)

Just watered the garden and pots out the front and I'm leaking too - should have stood under the spray myself

The sky looks a lot clearer today, so I've opened the top doors to get some of yesterdays heat out ;)

Another day doing not a lot - chicken salad for dinner

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Really - surely that would only be in everyone's favour? More jobs, more options of shift work for those that need it, more money (they earn bucket loads as it is) etc, besides which - legally they can only work x number of hours.

Morning all :)

Ria that's a shame, about your cancelled plans :(

Enjoy your run Debih x

Take care in the heat, all you ex-pats ((x))

It's grey here today, and more rain forecast - unfortunately it's the short sharp shower variety that just runs off the top of the gardens and roads and straight down the gutters - what we really need is some gentle but prolonged, preferably overnight ( :P ) rain to green up my poor lawn ;)

The boiler man is due, for the annual check - B and I are going to the cinema to see the new Jurassic World film (  ) but Mick can let him in :) I suspect I was invited so I can pay for the tickets

Have a good day everyone :)

But it works Vic - the breeze is making it a lot cooler upstairs now :D

Just been chatting to a neighbour and he said the best thing to do is stay in and leave the air-con on. So if the Portuguese think it's hot - it's hot

Morning :)
A but grey here too, although we've had sun on and off.
We've had no proper rain at all, yesterday Bb was amazed as just up the road he had to have the wipers on triple speed :D

First Test match starts to day - in Cardiff. Is it only me to think that's slightly odd as it's England playing not GB :?
I've managed to delay shopping since a bit on Saturday so need to get some today.
Made a yummy scrummy veggie lasagne for dinner last night; it's always more work than I think it will be though, so tonight will do something easier :)

Have a good day all - and enjoy the film Kaz ;) :D
