Morning Ton, morning everyone :) They starve you here for an op Ton, what time is the procedure? Loads of luck xxxxxxx

We are promised a decent day today, after two days of terrific rain and wind................That will be good as I need to get to town, to post a parcel!

Not feeling too clever actually, I woke in the night with terrific pins and needles and feeling a bit giddy. I've had a weird pain in my back for the past day or so, so am sure it's related to that - a pinched nerve somewhere - and my spinal problems :? Keeping moving is good anyway, so I shan't change my plans to go out......

Hope everyone is well this morning, enjoy your day xxxxxxxxx

Morning all. Kaz, you take it easy (((((((((Kaz)))))))) don't overdo it.
Good luck today Ton. Have you used your gel? :D
I went dancing last night, but found it very emotional, one way and another. Trying to seperate the music from the white noise in my head was difficult, along with keeping my balance. I had a little cry actually, but I think it was just the general emotion and thinking of my brother too. Well, at least I now know what it is like dancing again, but it is different from before so I will have to accept the changes in my hearing and balance and do the best I can.
Off to the hospital again today, but this time it is to see the physio about my up and coming finger joint replacement later in the year. It's non stop.
Have a good day everyone and keep warm and dry x

Morning all :)
Lovely here too, bright and clear. Luckily it coincides with Bb not working till later (well, not out anyway), so I shall be off out and about.

Kaz did the physio give you any particular exercises to help? Take care, did you say you got a new shopping trolley, I wonder if it's a different height/angle?
Ton hope it all goes ok, will be thinking of you, 3 o'clockish?
Loz it must be upsetting, it's like starting all over again (((((Loz)))))
Hope everyone has an improvement in the weather and has a good day

((((Loz)))) It must be really weird, and a bit scary - everything the same, but different (((((x)))))) I will take care today, you too xx

Di it is a new trolley, but actually the same one  I liked my old one so much that I just got another one the same when the old one fell to bits   So it isn't that...........I've been doing exercises ever since I started the physio last autumn but they are mainly for my neck (c spine) and this pain is much lower, about halfway down my spine. If it keeps on I will go back to the GP. Thanks both xxxx

A group poorly hug is needed I think xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Loz, you're being very brave and nowt wrong with having a little cry xxxI did in physio, when I first stood up, without crutches.

Gorgeous outside now and I'm already trying not to think about drinking water - I have to get through about 3 litres a day, because of Gladys, so this will be hard

Had one anti-bac shower last night and will have another later - I do pong a bit  think I used too much

We'll leave here just after 2.00 and I'm the last appointment at the walking surgery at 3.00, so hope to be back by 5.00.

Take it easy Kaz xx

Morning all. Its really quite warm here.

Busy day for me today. Work until 12pm, then home to give Milile her medicine, walk and feed, then off to B&M Bargains and Morrisons, then weekly meeting with head at 3.30pm for governor catch up, then drop L off at home (she has football club until 4.45 - hence the weekly meeting with head whilst she is at that), then off to allotment society meeting (hopefully the last one as I have stood down as secretary), then drop in on the new parent governor to go through his induction pack on my way home.

I should be home at around 8pm and I am very much hoping that my dinner will have been prepared for me.

Good luck today Ton and massive vibes for Loz ((((((((((((((Loz)))))))))))))))))

Good morning all.

It's a lovely, sunny morning here, and I really enjoyed walking the dog.

Lots of hugs to Loz, Kaz and Ton. Hope you will all be feeling better soon.
