<<<Lissie & Don>>> .... how awful, with a lorry involved it could have been far, far worse .... :(

Do look after yourselves and take it easy, as others have said ....

Did the police attend?

Yes the Police came and were very helpful and kind
They moved my car into a side road as he said the police would move
it but would charge us and it is expensive.
I will have to try and get to it tomorrow as my Satnav and camera are in it.

I feel so shaky and ache all over but at least nothing broken :)
I think the shock is kicking in as i have a dodgy stomach and feel sick :(
My lovely son is motoring up from Eastbourne to deal with the insurance etc
and do some shopping.
In an emergency my two kids are wonderful although i moan about them at
other times

Oh Lissie I am so sorry how dreadful for you both. Please don`t ever forget I live in Canterbury and you know the address. x
Not many things scare me in driving but side impact is one that does, there is generally nothing you can do to avoid it. I was hit at the front on an intersecting coned path through roadworks at the bottom of Detling Hill going onto the M20, by a high speed car on the other path. Fortunately I was able to continue to Gatwick but if I had been a few feet farther forward, ....well I should not be writing this. :!:
