Good morning.

It's just after 7.30am, I was opening the doors downstairs whilst waiting for the kettle to boil...and Jacob and Conor came in from a night out, gave me a quick kiss and wished me good morning - and promptly went to bed.

A coffee and a swim for me - then Don & I are going into Malaga.

A mooch, the beach, lunch and some shopping.

Back at don't know o'clock but will end up in Paco's world famous vodka emporium to watch the UEFA championship final.

Mick is out for a meal tonight and L is staying at mums so S and I are having an Indian takeaway and a movie.

Early here today
I managed to get OH his eye appointment (cancelled twice)
but have to be at Canterbury Hospital for 10am.
I am going to ask to see someone there to see if i can get
my appointment as i have had no luck with phone calls or emails
Surely they can alter it to a different hospital (they do when it suits
them) I am going to lay it on a bit thick and say that my sight is a lot
worse in the bad eye

We're up early and rushing about as we're off to see Z and the boys for the day. It's an open afternoon at Zachery's new school for September so Z's planned a BBQ lunch and then we'll look after Elijah and Noah while she and M take him off to take a look and find out about his new uniform. All very exciting.

Well Harry is here, I'm sure he's grown an inch in the last few weeks, when he gave me his Hello hug my head was pretty much fitting into his shoulder We're going into town, having lunch there, as he wants to spend his saved up pocket money Then we'll pop in to see D, she'll have bought Harry his favourite biscuits B will come with us, she isn't working this weekend, for a change

Grumpy has trimmed the orange shrub and plumbago, as they were threatening to take over the top end of the garden, so they look a lot neater now

And a beautiful one it is too
Bb's working, not sure when till, I'm a bit tired and dopey so not planned anything yet, will see how I am once I've had a shower etc.
It being so lovely the roads and town will be busy busy busy so will probably potter in the garden and Bb can get any shopping on his way home

We had a lovely walk yesterday, out in the Forest - it's an area called Longslade. There are usually quite a few ponies - and cattle - around there, but had never seen as many as there were yesterday! It's still fairly easy to avoid them as they collect on the open ground and around the water holes.
Minnie had a lovely time; it was also the first time we'd got her to try out her ramp, for getting into Mr Yeti. After a bit of persuasion she seemed to understand what it was in aid of and sat looking all pleased with herself once in the car
