Well done Frank. It can only be good for you. On the other side, I cancelled my gym membership a couple of months ago because I simply wasn't able to go, so now that I'm getting back into it I'm paying per class. Mine was £22 pm concession fee so I'll probably join again if I find I'm spending more than that on individual classes.

A word in your shelllike Frank. Once you start, do please keep it up. After four months away from regular dedicated exercise, I have gained a stone and am finding it very hard work getting through a class that used to be doable. It's scary how quickly you lose it. I have to confess the 14lb gain is more down to the recipe I found online for Scottish Tablet rather than no exercise.

Re-join, Liz, yours is about the same cost as mine.

If I do more than two sessions a week £2.50 - £2.80 it will be cheaper to get a monthly ticket. I am taking it steady for now - a bike ride and a row and a few minutes on the treadmill. I could not do the Active Life class as you have to book in advance due to numbers, but once in you can just turn up. :D :D :D
