Have heard from mick. The nurse rang to say they put the camera down and we really pleased with what they saw. They carried out the dilation and are pleased with that. she came round well and has eaten half a tin of food.

He is due to pick her up about 5pm and have a chat with Dan then.

So she lives to fight another day.

She'll be the death of me!!!!!

She's home and is on her third bowl of food.

Mick spoke to Dan who said that he was really pleased. When he got the camera down there he saw that it was as it was left on Thursday after the last dilation. He has managed to dilate it more today.

She is due back on Friday for another dilation and then (hopefully) only two more dilations after that.

He has said that we are not to worry/stress if she is sick occasionally or if I can't manage the odd feed.

As she and I shared the same disease, would you like to share the Gladys bags (sorry, warped sense of humour )

LOL Ton. Perhaps you could pop it in the post for us and she can have it for the end of each week.

She has to go back again in the morning. Mick went to take the stunning pink bandage off her leg and she still has the plastic tube in for the IV. We rang the vet and the duty vet was very apologetic saying that the nurses should have taken it out but we weren't to worry as they can be left in for a few days and often are for animals that have to go back for daily doses on IV.
