Google 'how to barbeque' and 'indirect heat', and show him, that's how you do it ;)

A couple of my neighbours are typical British barbequers - enthusiastic, but not very good. ;) :D :D

In go the coals with a few twigs and twists of paper and a splash of lighter fluid and before you know it the sausages and burgers are on. There is a lot of smoke and not a lot of heat..... :roll: :o :shock: :lol: :lol:

When I was in the RAF we used to use 45 gallon drums split down the middle as the BBQ base. In would go the coals then off we would go for a few beers and a game or two of darts. No food went on until the coals were white

Mick must have taught S downstairs!!! He even bought a new and bigger BBQ so he could ruin even more food. :roll: :lol: :lol:
