She did - she fractured it last summer - and I know that it was agonising for her. She sported a very bright pink plaster cast (although she started off with a red one but got it wet three days later so we had to go back for a new one).

If you fancy going swimming I have a very nice blue glove thing you can borrow. It looks like something you'd wear if you were wanting to shove your arm up a cows bum! It served L well in the sea last summer.

Lol, L, really does need to get out more, but not to the seaside. I know sea cows are rare round Derbyshire, but still..... L, sticking your arm up a cow's bum, on land or in sea, is not on, resist if you can. ;) :P :P

Sorry to see this WM, but at least you put yourself ahead of the game in the end, instead of waiting until May 21st. Hopefully they will operate soon xxx

Oh, Frank. I'm so sorry to hear this.

Let's hope it will heal up quickly.

Rosie, everyone, I am fairly easy going, but there are times when saying "OK" is not the way to go. Today was that day.

It will get sorted, because knowing what I now know, means that it has to be.

I know that, the NHS knows that, and my accident insurance will also know.

I do not want to take any action against the NHS, none at all, but my insurance is there to look after my interests. The rest is up to them.

Oh ouch Frank - sorry I'm only replying now; haven't been online. I'm glad you went back and things are in progress to be sorted. Fingers crossed it happens very soon so you can put this all behind you (((((hug)))))
