Morning Ally :)

I need to get some housework done today, yesterday afternoon I ended up at the optician's with B with what looked like a blood vessel burst in her eye :? They gave her a thorough once over and it's all fine, just surface damage which will right itself in a week or so, possibly caused by sand getting in her eye last week at the beach  So I didn't get much done here - thankfully another dry day today so more washing to get out, and floors to mop etc. Might even do the windows

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

A very wild and windy, wet night   but we didn't get the promisd thunderstorm  I like thunderstorms over here, they're brilliant  but a wet, grey and not too warm day ahead.

So pootling inside for us, I'll get the car registeed on Friday, as tomorrow is going to be much the same, apparently

Sometimes the pressure in the plane can do that Kaz, did it to me once, years ago  hope B's okay today xx

Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all - haven't been on here for a while; apologies. Hope everyone is keeping well - I'll try and catch up with the various posts in the course of today.

Usual work day for me, but loving the longer lighter (and at the moment) warmer evenings so I can get a few things done in the garden when I get home.

Hope B's eye is back to normal soon Kaz, good it's been given the all clear
Ton, I also love a good thunderstorm - we don't really get them here in the UK

Have a lovely day whatever it is you're all up to

Morning all. Lovely sunny morning here - sadly I'm stuck at work until around 1pm and then food shopping.

I'm going to attempt to run again tonight. I haven't been for 10 days because of my back. The pain has eased but not gone completely - I am at the physio for my elbow on Tuesday so am going to talk to them about my back too. But I'm missing my running and want to get back to it. The girls have both said that they want to come with me tonight!

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Lovely news about the baby Saundra :D

We'll be popping into the village after brekkie, need to stock up on a few bits and bobs. We haven't done a proper food shop since last Thursday so desperately need stuff for today, we'll leave the big shop until tomorrow.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning :)
Isn't it lovely to have a spell of good weather, it's gorgeous again here :D
Washing's in and will even go outside today, the first time this year!

Brilliant news about baby Max Saundra, hope he goes on ok xx

Exciting day today, we're getting Sky :D
Just the sports package, we don't want the films etc, and don't watch football but really, really miss the cricket. The IPL (Indian Premier League) has been on ITV4 for the past few years but now Sky have that too, plus Bb does enjoy the Grand prix and golf, so it will get well-watched.
I had a letter offering 50% off for 12 months but lost it, couldn't find the offer online so went on their live chat and asked, and got it straight away, with 50% off phone/broadband too :D
We'd been paying over the odds for our phone/broadband since our contract expired but I didn't want to get tied into another 12-18 months in case something better came up - love it when a plan comes together ;) :D

Oh yes and tomorrow I'm being a model so will be awol :D
It's a photoshoot for Breast cancer care, should be fun - and happily will be going via Waterloo so get to meet the lovely meriad again for a catch-up and a drink or three...especially since we discovered Bargain Wine Thursday at the Slug & lettuce ;) :D
Hope you're all enjoying the lovely weather

What lovely news about baby Max :D :D :D

Oooh Di, that sounds like a lot of fun :D :D :D Have fun with Ria - am only a weeny bit jealous, honest :P ;) :D   Have hugs from me, the pair of you :D xxxx

Well, that's more washing out, floors mopped, stairs hoovered, kitchen paintwork washed down, so I'd better have a shower, get properly dressed and go out for my walk before I run out of steam :P ;)
