I'm skim reading through Lavender Lane by Christina Jones, stopping at any good bits.

Tony Parsons "The Murder Bag".

Its a Richard and Judy choice - I'm only a couple of chapters in but am enjoying it.

I should really be reading our book club choice of Eat, Pray, Love but I don't really fancy it so I shall probably skim read it nearer the time!

You recommend the Tony Parsons book then Debbie? I love his earlier books but I don't read many crime novels.

I read LOADS on holiday - three of the Inspector Montalbano books and a rather soppy little tale called The Story of Us, about a couple who meet when he saves her from a car crash. Oh and Before I go to Sleep, the book that was turned into the Nicole Kidman film, Now that was excellent 8-) :D

Loved Before I go to sleep Kaz :)

I'm still reading Us
Honestly, when I think how much I used to read...I get too damned tired, I settle down and open my kindle and the words just don't go in, so I play silly games instead :?

I'm really struggling to get into the Tony Parsons book Jo but it could be me - I'm not in a reading mood.

I'm flicking through lots of magazines though since I discovered our library do free emagazines to download - I currently have Woman and Home, Prima, Good Food, Beautiful Homes, Gardeners World, Countryfile and Runner magazines to read - all for free!

Di I really enjoyed it, I was gripped and loved the ending :D 8-)

Debih I need to be in the mood for books, otherwise it is magazines for me too. Di I'm often like that at home but on holiday I tend to be relaxed enough to read - also they help on the plane as I'm not the keenest flyer, and Cyprus was over 4.5 hours

I am reading a beautiful book called 'H is for Hawk'. Wonderful, moving prose.
