It's very hot now :D

The viewing went well, they love the house - as most people do - and will let us know their decision tomorrow.

Now, therein lies the problem.

We've just started an exclusive contract with Remax, and these people came with Gilberto, who finds houses for French people. He also wants commission from us - I had a long conversation with him yesterday about it - but I don't think I got my point across. So I wrote it down for him and gave it to him earlier. He can now go away and think about it. We can't afford to give him 2€ as well as Remax 5%.

Good Morning all :D The sun has just come through after a very wet start.
My son, DIL and the 2 terrors are at Gatwick now waiting to board their plane.
They too are going to Cyprus for a fortnights holiday.

Morning all. Its chucking it down here.

Yet again I have woken up in agony from my back. Thats pretty much every day now for the last two weeks. I think I'm going to have to go see the doctor. I'm pretty sure it isn't the mattress as turning it has made no difference. I think I probably pulled something sometime and it is worse in a morning after laying on it all night. It hurts all along the bottom of my back (the pain makes me feel sick) and sometimes creeps into my buttocks and my thighs. I take ibuprofen as soon as I get up and put a hot water bottle on it for half an hour or so which does help to a degree. It eases as the day goes on and generally is fine by about lunch time. No early morning runs for me!

No major plans for the day other than taking my sister and Roy to the airport - they are off to stay with friends in Turkey.

I bought a cross stitch so I'm going to have a bash at that - my mum has started me off.
