I done it!!!!!

:D :D :D :D

The 10km fun run was fabulous!

The atmosphere and support from the many hundreds of onlookers was amazing!

Coín is an immensely hilly town so it really was an endurance test running up and down them - I done it in 1hr 15 so am well chuffed. :D :D

I've signed up to do a 5km run on the paseo maritimo the last Sunday in April!

I'm hooked.

Let us get this right: there is no fun in a run, be it 10m or 10km. Running is for Impalas trying to avoid being a Lion's meal, or for Lions wanting Impala steaks for tea.

Sundays, on the other hand, are a day of rest - did you not read the book? ;)

The good book was indeed read by yours truly...I don‘t necessarily agree with it though. :D

I like my Sunday‘s rather more action packed  .

Well done Ally!!! :D :D

If I might be so bold.....I also did a 5 mile (walk though, not run) in an hour and 9 minutes today :D I have a map my walk app and am excited to be using it (I don't do runs ;) ) I have done a walk each day since getting the app last week, even IT is congratulating me
