Hiring two smaller vehicles with enough luggage space would have been even dearer, Di. We can't take our own car and park, like we usually do - too much luggage. Four adults (well three and a huge teenager lol) in our car all with a suitcase each, and four adults in the other car, again with luggage. Neither car has a roof rack, they are both Audis and the boots aren't huge, and only just hold two cases. We would go up there on the train, but D wouldn't manage and on the way home we land at about 1am on Easter Monday, so that would be an issue as well

Normally the hotel parking near Gatwick, or the parking/shuttle bus option at Brum suit us fine ;)

We're sorted anyway, and divided between us all it isn't much more than going up by the train and back would be :)

I know Di, and appreciated :) (((x))) If we didn't have to take so much blooming stuff it might well have been a better option

We've got a new baby in the family :D My cousin, the one who lives in Windsor, gave birth to Lily late last night. Her husband missed the birth - he was still checking her in at reception

I've been trying for a while to get Grumpy to agree to change agents, as I've not been too happy with our current one, for a while.

He's a lovely bloke and is the only agent in the village.

BUT

His website is rubbish, and I've been trying to contact the office for 2 days. There hasn't been any-one in    I've often walked past and the office is shut  The only message on the door is in Portuguese :o and I know, if I didn't speak the languiage, I wouldn't ring the phone number, not knowing if he spoke anything other than Portuguese.

He speaks Portuguese, German, English, with a smattering of French and Spanish
