Have fun with the children Osc :) Silly woman, getting into a state over dustbins! ;)

Honestly, it's beginning to look as if you have to plan when you are going to be ill

Yes, that's about the size of it!!

Debih it's not unusual here to have to make an appt 2 months in advance

O.H had a appt with her Dr. for the 13th March--it has been moved to 8th April !

Good afternoon all, it looks like it's starting to dry up after a very wet morning. I just made it home from the gym with seconds to spare before the heaviest of the downpours started.

Suffice to say, Billy's not had a walk yet so I'll leave it until later this afternoon. There's some cleaning to be done first. Curry for dinner today. Moan time now. M's on a diet so I'm not having to cook for her but she's bringing her own food and just as I start to dish up, rushing from the hob to the sink to the counter and back again blah blah blah, I've also got Tom there microwaving whatever it is she's brought to eat and, of course, seeing as she's stuck like glue to him she's also there in my way.

Osc, what a silly woman she is!

Debbie, that's annoying! Last time I called for an appointment was for Tom and when they realised that it wasn't an emergency they gave him one for over 2 weeks away. John wanted to change to our surgery when we moved as it's right on the estate plus he doesn't have much confidence in his GP but they said that as he was already registered with a local GP they wouldn't take him on.

Have a good day all!

Oh now I really like the new method of booking appointments - you ring on the day you want to be seen, yes you might have to retry a few times as the line is busy, but then they answer and you get an appointment the same day at ours. Much better than having to wait three weeks as you did in the past :D

Sorry been awol again  I honestly don't know where the time goes - I used to occasionally get here before work but those days are gone  ....I have time to read the boards at lunch break but have learned from past experience not to try and post/reply then (typing takes me ages and I end up over-condensing and then it makes no sense) and evenings just flash past :? Apologies xxxx

Day off today - well, from paid work, at least  , but not a day off per se.....still have h/w and grocery shopping etc etc.....popped up to see Lily and Lewis this evening, Lily has finally been diagnosed with extreme cows milk intolerance - no wonder the poor little mite sicks all her feeds back up :( She's now on some sort of special milk so everything is crossed that it suits her! I got to help bath her and give her some baby porridge as a supper :D :D She's adorable :D As is her big brother 8-)

Osc I hope you enjoyed the time with your little ones :D

Hugs for everyone xxxxxxxxx
