I was up at the shops and met a woman who lives a little bit down on the other side of the street, we would have known her as a customer before she moved to this street. So she asked had we moved in and I was telling her how happy we are with it all and so on. I came home and the doorbell rings a few minutes later - there she is with a bunch of lovely tulips to welcome us to our new home, she wouldn't even come in. Isn't that so nice
