Oh you poor thing Vic, it does seem to be a really nasty strain this year.
Bb had it (still recovering really) and lost over half a stone - which is good! ;) :D

Di I lost a good 6lbs last time I had flu - it's a drastic diet mind you ;) :)

Get well soon Vic, and I hope Bry is 100% better soon, flu takes ages to get over properly :( xxxxxx

passed on from O.H.-not as bad for her as me

i think maybe it's worse because it was only 2 weeks since we last had it -seems very virulent this year

it's a slow recovery process but slowly it's going
