Oh you poor thing Vic, it does seem to be a really nasty strain this year.
Bb had it (still recovering really) and lost over half a stone - which is good!

i think maybe it's worse because it was only 2 weeks since we last had it -seems very virulent this year

it's a slow recovery process but slowly it's going
