Week 2, run 2 done. I struggled and although I ran all the 6 x 90 seconds I didn't quite finish 2 of them.

Somehow I don't think I will be ready to move onto Week 3 after I finish Week 2, run 3.

Having my soup and then taking the dog out.

Annoyingly I forgot to put my fit bit on - all those steps not counted, all those steps.

It's been a good few years since I last watched Eastenders but I did enjoy that episode.

Never mind Debih, you were on week 1 a while, you're still doing it is all that matters :) x

Jo that was the odd thing, I was waiting for it to hurt but it didn't! :D
They're not doing brilliantly I have to say, they're the same as they always were, a bit swollen and one is sore - but at least I can probably have the choice of wearing earrings now and then if I want to.
Bb's sister did his, with needle and cork :D

Are you bathing them Di? Boiled water from the kettle, cooled, with salt in is good, or if there is a Clare's Accessories anywhere near you (possibly not?) they sell bottles of stuff xx

Yes Kaz, yesterday I went to Boots thinking I needed surgical spirit but they said diluted Tcp was just as good.
It's odd isn't it, I'd never really had allergies but as soon as they were first pierced I had big problems, makes me stupidly cross  :D

I had a bottle of the solution from Clare's but after a week or so my ears started to itch terribly and I had a rash by the piercings so I switched to salty boiled (and cooled) water and they were fine after that. Di, salt water is recommended over table salt.

Saundra, I had my nose pierced years ago and that refused to heal, I think because it was so easily knocked. I even had to resort to wearing a plaster over it when I went to bed because I knocked the little stud out in my sleep a couple of times and it was very tricky and painful to put it back in. I was so disappointed as I loved that piercing and I tried to persevere but it was so sore that I had to give up on it after a while.

Nice one Di :D

I've got three piercings in each ear; I think I'd feel rather odd without them now. I've always used surgical spirits for cleaning the piercings and touch wood never had a problem. I've also got my belly pierced and same for that; surgical spirits and not a problem

You just ask for it at the pharmacy counter Jo :)
The pharmacist said diluted Tcp so I'm sticking with that for now, they're not too bad this morning :)
