It actually has lifted the whole kitchen - the old cooker (now sat in the lounge, waiting collection ) is a free-standing thing. This built-in jobby has made a huge difference.

Except I slightly burnt the peppers and onions earlier - the heat is a lot more fierce than I'm used to

May have to do some small experiments before I actually cook a proper roast
