She's home!!!!

Brown, a bit battered (she got pinched by a monkey and scratched by thorns) but full of how wonderful it all was!!!!

The baby baboon she was assigned to co-sleep (they do this for the orphaned ones) decided to hate her ( ) and took to Evie instead, but otherwise it was fabulous. They fed wild cheetahs, which seems to have been the highlight

One girl got stung by a scorpion, another attacked by an ostrich, so I guess she got off lightly

Apparently she got some great photos, so I'll upload them later

I'm so glad she had a fantastic time - it no doubt will be an experience she'll never forget. Can't wait to hear all about it and see some photo's

So glad she had such a wonderful time and got home safely.

Mine is just setting out today on a trip, away for nearly eight weeks and I am very nervous for her.

She is going to Sri Lanka for three weeks then flying to Bangkok, jumping on a bus to Cambodia, then on to Laos. Then all the way back to Bangkok to get a flight back to Sri Lanka, 48 hours there and a then a flight home.

She did Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia last year and absolutely loved Cambodia so was keen to go back.

Last time there were six of them and I felt there was safety in numbers but this time there are only two of them.

I will try not to worry but it is difficult not to.

She'll do well, that girl, she really will. Anyone who has a baboon turn against them has to have something about them - horrible things.

Molly that sounds amazing - I am sure she will be fine but it is a worry sitting at home when they are halfway round the planet ((((x))))

Thanks Gal I have uploaded all of her photos onto my FB wall, as it is so much easier and quicker than Photobucket Most of you will be able to see them there, but once I've got them into PB I will post a link here on VV. There are almost 100 of them so it would take forever to upload them onto here one by one
