Our little house

This is the little house we have bought to let.
It is now ready, so fingers crossed we will get some tenants soon.

It's the house second from the right.

Oooh! That is lovely Loz. Did you have to do much to it?

No Molly, but we wanted to put in things like bathroom cabinets and mirrors, white goods and curtains. We just wanted to make it ready for people to just move in without having to worry about anything.
We are having the letting agency manage it for the time being as we have never done this before. Hopefully once we get into the swing of things we will manage it ourselves in the future.

Wow Loz - that's lovely :D :D

And I love the bathroom tiles.

Keeping everything crossed you get good tenants - quickly - and then you can relax :D

You've done it beautifully Loz :)

My friend D has had a rental property for years (couple of different ones) so has loads of experience but unfortunately doesn't do online anything :o
I'd probably use the agency first too ;)
Good luck, I'm sure someone will snap it up xx

I used an agency when I let out my flat, it takes away a lot of the worry ;)
