I sure did, Shell. Thank goodness the only inquest will be into Pirelli tyres - there could have been another two for dead drivers. Billy pointed out that the walls seemed to suck them in and keep them there whereas Armco might have thrown them back onto the track or done a "Roman" to them.

I thought the race should have ended under the SC but when it didn't I was quite glad to see Lewis overcook his braking at the first corner of the restart.

Yes I went from this race should be aborted to screaming yes yes yes, when Seb was second.

He didn't overcook the brakes Frank, he caught the button that does something to the rear brakes, it is just a small switch and he hit it by accident as he tried to get past Perez, and if you believe that one.......

Pirelli's initial investigation is pointing to debris on the track causing the sudden deflation on Lance and Max's tyres. Telemetry does not indicate wear or structural failure.

When they were in the pit lane prior to the restart there was a shot of Hamilton's front wing being changed due to a large gash on the leading edge - something hit it!

Was the clean-up after Stroll's crash thorough enough? Also there were shots throughout the race of drivers taking avoiding action to bits of debris - twigs, litter - so was Lance a victim of one of those? It has been seen in other years as well.

Questions for Baku?

They did mention a branch or something on the track right at the beginning so I wonder?

If you watched the whole race you would have seen times when cars were going offline to avoid "things".

If there are shards of carbon fibre in Max's tyre they will able to identify the car they came from. If it is Stroll's there will big questions about the course clean up after his crash. Same with Hamilton's front wing.
