Jeans!!

Postby Ally » 19 Mar 2013, 17:05

I have skinny jeans, skinny skinny jeans, low slung jeans, boyfriend jeans and Levi's. I have them in every colour imaginable.

All I wanted was a pair of jeans.

Not skinny, skinny skinny, low slung, boyfriend or Levi's. And blue.

Just a nice, normal, sit on my bum average pair of jeans. In blue.

This species of jean does not appear to exist in H&M, Zara, Mango, Bershka, Primark..or possibly the whole of Spain.

Rant over.

Has anyone seen the new George jeans that Asda are selling? Someone posted about them on FB. They are incredibly stretchy and come in three sizes - small, medium and large. Small to fit 8, 10, and 12 - medium to fit 14.16 and 18 and large to fit 20, 22 and 24. Great idea BUT as I need a 12/14 small would be a bit snug and the medium much too big  :x

Will see if I can find a link >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Thanks Kaz.

Most of my jeans are a 12 with either a 32'' or 33'' leg.

Poor Don..he doesn't know it yet but shortly, when we're in the pub, he's getting the jean saga from me!

I need new jeans and I just can't face going shopping for them.

I will have to psych myself up for it.

I hate low slung jeans - I'm forever hitching them up! Plus they wouldn't look right with my muffin top :|

Waist high, medium blue, straight leg jeans is what I'm after. Small waist to hip ratio (large hips, see, for my size), so I don't have to wear a belt (don't like belts).

I bought a brilliant pair from BHS last year - BUT they are darkest navy, and bootcut....they are called Dream Jeans and fit fantastically well! Just I want them in a straight leg and in a 'proper' jeans blue colour.....

Ally, M&S also have some 'made to measure' jeans - not seen them yet, but they are designed for many different shapes :D
